We wanted to put our concerns on the record before today's field meeting, while recognizing that we may supplement these comments after viewing the story poles and discussing the project onsite. Our principal concern is the relationship between the proposed residence and our home because of the substantial elevation difference. Our kitchen, front patio, garage and primary outdoor living areas face the project site. We are particularly concerned about: Privacy and sightlines from proposed windows, decks, patios and outdoor living areas into our kitchen and principal outdoor living spaces.
