March 12, 2026 – the committee unanimously approved the meeting minutes from March 12, 2026 4. NEW BUSINESS a. PV Youth Climate Action Video Competition Status i. Companies/businesses donating prize gift cards to winners 1. Bonnie to look into 3 $100 gifts provided to the Town ii. Ceremony at PV Palooza 1. CJ will email the winners and not host a ceremony iii. Publicity overview (digital advertisement and flyer) 1. The committee unanimously approved the flyer. CJ will ask Brook to post on the forum. CJ will post in locations around town. iv.
