P resent: Councilmembers Helen Wolter (arrived at 5:10 p.m.), Judith Hasko, Rebecca Fl ynn, Vice Mayor Mary Hufty, Mayor Craig Taylor A bsent: None Oth ers: Town Manager Darcy Smith, Town Attorney Catherine Engberg, Town Clerk Veronica Dao, June Catalano and Wendy Sommer, Renne Public Management Group 2. ANNOUNCEMENT OF REMOTE ATTENDANCE / ROLL CALL 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS Mayor Taylor invited public comment. None were received. 4. CL OSED SESSION The Council went into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. to discuss the following: a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Govt. Code section 54957) Title: Town Manager Darcy Smith b. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR (Govt. Code Section 54957.6) Conference with the Town’s designated representative, Catherine Engberg, Town A ttorney, to provide instructions regarding negotiations related to the unr epresented Town Manager, Darcy Smith 5.
