Call to Order & Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 9:01 am. Members present: J Coleman, E Ferrari, G. Hanning, J Lokey, B. Eckstein, P. Murray, F Leach Member absent: S Gold, B Monks Also present: D Smith (Town Manager), T Coleman (Conservation Committee liaison). 2. Oral Communications: T Coleman spoke as a resident, requesting all to consider cutting the weed, Dittrichia as it is invasive and needs to be eliminated from trails. D Smith instructed all that when they want to report a code violation, please send to CODE@PortolaValley.net and include details with photos. 3. Old Business: a. Approval of Minutes for May 20, 2026: Approved as corrected. b. Trail Maintenance Update: Report issues through the Town website and T McFarlan will address them. c. Portola Terrace Update: A map is in process with our inputs being considered. d. Site Development Permits: None e. Easements: G Hanning said there is attention being made to an easement on Alpine Road. f. Hawthorns Project: There will be a study session at 5:30 PM. On 8/26/26 at the Old School House. Safety and other issues will be discussed. g. Eagle Trail/Center Project: In the works. h. T & P Ordinances, Resolutions and Guidelines Study: Town is considering issuing Administrative Citations as a form of enforcement of trail use rules. 4.
